Summary of Responsibilities and Tasks:
Under the supervision of Procurement and Logistics Coordinator, The Procurement and Logistics Officer, will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and procuring goods and services and Manage warehouse for Reach for Equity operations.
Responsibilities:
Supplier Identification and Management
- Identify potential suppliers through various channels, including online databases, trade shows, Thailand Yellow pages and referrals.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, reliability, and performance to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Analyze sourcing options, considering factors such as cost, quality, lead times, and logistics, to make informed procurement decisions.
- Monitor industry news, reports, and publications to stay abreast of market developments and potential risks.
- Monitor supplier performance against established metrics and benchmarks, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct supplier due diligence assessments to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Warehouse Management
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Verify quantities of received items and ensure they match purchase orders and GRN.
- Label and stockpile merchandise according to organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock management systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, and label).
- Inspect goods for defects and damages; report any discrepancies.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Supervise daily Labor in warehouse
- Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working
Others
- Keep Suppliers Database up to Date
- Other duties assigned by line Manager
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, warehousing, procurement, or market research roles, preferably in a medical supply industry or sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Must be Thai National. Require proficiency of Thai and English Languages
- Proficiency in using market research tools, databases, and analytical software (e.g Excel , Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
