-
Supplier Engagement: Tangible experience interfacing with supply chain actors, such as manufacturing site managers and workers, or agricultural plantation managers, supervisors, or workers. This may also include interacting with farmers and other direct income earners in a supply chain.

Training and Capacity Building: Demonstrated ability to engage with participants in research and engagement, provide technical coaching, and facilitate collaboratively agreed action plans, as well as develop and deliver training and capacity building both online and in-person.
-
Organisational Aptitude: Proficient in planning, workflow structuring, and establishing clear priorities to maximise efficiency and productivity, while also being adaptable and skilled in navigating the dynamics of a virtual organisation, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and productivity within remote teams.
